- Can you really complete in 48 hours?
The process usually takes between 3-4 weeks, from you accepting an offer, to us completing the sale. However, each situation is unique and we do have the resources to exchange in 48 hours, should the need arise. Just tell us, how quick you need to sell and we will work to your timeframe.
- Can I really stay in my house rent free?

Yes, we will purchase your property and transfer the tenancy agreement to us. So you don't have to worry about giving the tenant the appropriate notice. We will even consider problem cases, where you have a sitting tenant(s).
